Inside Albuquerque, our normal response window is 30–60 minutes during business hours. Rio Rancho, Bernalillo and Los Lunas usually see same-day service. For calls at the edge of our 70-mile radius — Santa Fe, Edgewood, Moriarty or Estancia — we typically arrive within 2–3 hours depending on traffic and current job load. Fleet accounts and repeat customers get priority dispatch.

Yes. Our regular shop hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, but we keep 24/7 emergency dispatch for after-hours breakdowns on I-25, I-40 and the surrounding corridors. After-hours calls may carry an emergency trip charge, but you’ll know the exact rate before we roll.

We service Class 3–8 trucks, semis, box trucks, flatbeds, dump trucks, diesel pickup trucks (Ford Power Stroke, Chevy/GMC Duramax, Ram Cummins), RVs and motorhomes with diesel powerplants, delivery vans, fleet vehicles, and most on-site heavy equipment with diesel engines.

Most common failures are handled right where you sit: engine diagnostics, no-start diagnosis, battery and charging system, starter and alternator, fuel system and injector issues, DEF and emissions faults, air-system and brake leaks, belt and hose replacements, oil and filter service, coolant leaks, and basic preventive maintenance. Major internal engine work or full transmission rebuilds are evaluated case-by-case and may require a shop partner.

We carry a broad inventory of common filters, belts, hoses, batteries, sensors, fittings and fluids on the truck. For less common parts, we have accounts with local Albuquerque suppliers and can source same-day for most items, even when the job is in Rio Rancho, Los Lunas or Santa Fe. We always confirm the part and price with you before heading out.
